An assembler for Atari
MADS supports the 6502, 65C02 and 65816, along with macros, procedures and local labels. Its source syntax differs from other assemblers, such as MAC/65.
Output files
The assembler produces an XEX program, listing and symbol table. The listing shows instructions and data in memory; labels help analyse the program in a debugger.
